Artwork Rights Ownership Guidelines

The exclusive ownership of artwork rights is retained by Facts and Fineliners, even after a purchase. This encompasses originals, commissions, prints, and any present or potential reproductions. Acquiring any item, whether it's an original piece or not, does not confer the right to create an NFT from it, print and distribute it, or reproduce it for profit or any other purpose.

Collectors are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any manner without obtaining explicit written consent from the artist. Sharing images of purchased items on social media is encouraged and does not violate this provision.

Shipping Policy

The Facts and Fineliners team is a small, dedicated group committed to processing and shipping your orders promptly. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase to ensure a successful redirection. Once an item has left our studio, we are unable to modify the address. Please reach out to us through our contact page as soon as possible.

Facts and Fineliners cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Therefore, please ensure that you enter complete and accurate mailing addresses during the checkout process. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated

Returns and Refunds

We understand that issues with your order can be disappointing, and we're here to assist you. If something goes amiss or if your item doesn't meet your expectations, we're committed to making it right. Here's an overview of our return policies for each product category:

**Return Policy Overview:**
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. While we strive to provide accurate photographs of our artwork, please keep in mind that color calibrations may vary across different devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices, such as desktops or iPhones.

**Eligibility for Return:**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

**Fine Art Prints (Eligibility Varies):**
Fine art prints are delicate, and our quality control and hygiene standards are stringent. Most prints cannot be resold upon return. Only unhandled prints in their original packaging are eligible for return. If returned prints are found unsuitable for any reason upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

**Originals (Not Eligible):**
All original purchases are final, as they come with a special, personalized gift and incur additional shipping costs to ensure they reach you safely.


Once collectors have received their items, we kindly ask for your understanding that we do not carry liability for any issues that may arise. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for any damage resulting from mishandling by customers, such as accidental smudging of the white border, unintentional tears in fine art prints, or damage to the artwork.

As part of consumer protection measures, compensation is assured when products are damaged during shipping or when flawed merchandise is dispatched. Please be reassured that each print undergoes thorough inspections, meeting stringent quality control standards, ensuring that only flawless reproductions are thoughtfully prepared for your enjoyment.

We sincerely encourage you to thoroughly read and consider the product descriptions. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we kindly request that customers take a moment to review the information provided in the product description before making a purchase. Additionally, please be aware that all prints come with borders, as indicated in the final size specified in the listing. Your understanding and attention to these details are greatly appreciated.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
