  • How do I contact you?
    If you have questions regarding your purchase, please email us at . Our in office hours are listed on our contact page and we will do our best to get back with you during those times. Please bare with us if we don't respond immediately. We're a small team and we want to make sure everything is set up for you to have the easiest experience getting the art you want.
  • How long will it take for my art to be shipped to me after purchase?
    We are at the start of our production so this will typically take 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. By summer 2024 we plan to reduce this to 3-5 business days. All orders made before April 12th will be processed from April 13th and should be with you in 5-10 business days after that. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping times, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Where Can I Find My Order Confirmation?
    Upon completing your purchase, your order confirmation and invoice will be automatically sent to your email inbox. If you don't see it in your main inbox, please check your spam folder.
  • How do I pre-order my print?
    The pre-order process is just the standard ordering process. this will typically take 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. So to pre-order, simply choose the print or prints that you want to buy and once you've paid for them you will be sent a confirmation email of your order. Once we have processed and shipped your order after the 13th of April, you will receive another email confirming that your order is on its way to you. Please allow a few minutes for your initial confirmation email to reach you but if you do not receive it, please contact us at and we will check to see the status of your order. If there have been any issues we will work with you to resolve them and confirm once your order is processed.
  • Do You Ship Worldwide?
    We currently only ship to Europe at the moment. This is because we are committed to finding the best delivery costs we can for you. We will soon be opening up our deliveries to North America and then focusing our efforts on the rest of world shortly after that. We'll put notifications on our Website, Instagram and Threads account to update you on when these changes happen.
  • Will I Receive a Certificate of Authenticity
    Certificates of authenticity are provided exclusively with original and limited edition works to safeguard the value and integrity of these pieces. Prints do not include a certificate of authenticity.
